SolicoAI is a sole trader based in Pretoria, 0132, South Africa, that builds websites, AI assistants and business automations. We are the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Contact us at solicoaisolutions@gmail.com about anything in this notice.
Your name and email address (required), and anything else you choose to give us: phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website, the service you are interested in, your budget and your message. We also record the date and time and the page you sent the form from. Giving us this information is voluntary, but without a name and email address we can't reply to you.
We also look for businesses that may need our services, using business listings on OpenStreetMap and the contact details that businesses publish on their own websites. We keep the business name, category, location, public contact details and notes on its website, so that we can offer our services. Before sending any marketing, we ask once for permission; if you say no, or don't answer, we don't contact you again. You can ask us to delete these details or stop processing them at any time.
We don't sell or rent your information. We use these service providers to run our business, and they handle it only on our behalf:
These providers may store information outside South Africa, including in the United States. They are bound by their data protection terms to protect it to a standard comparable to POPIA.
We keep your details while we are in contact with you, and delete them no later than two years after our last contact, or sooner if you ask. If you opt out, we keep only your email address or phone number on a do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again by mistake.
This website uses no cookies, analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from other websites before you send the form.
Our records are private: only we and the service providers above can access them. If we ever find that your information has been accessed without permission, we will tell you and the Information Regulator.
If we change this notice we will post the new version here with a new date.
